Delete Your Account

You can delete your Peakd account and all associated data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app — you don't need to contact anyone or wait.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Peakd and sign in if you aren't already.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account.
- Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
This is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you can't sign in
If you've lost access to your account and can't reach the in-app button, email us and we'll delete it for you. Send your request from the email address associated with your account, with "delete my account" in the subject line.
Send a deletion request to support@equilibrium04.comWe use the email address on your request to verify it against your account. If you no longer have access to that address, contact us with as much identifying information as you can and we'll do our best to verify and process the request.
What gets deleted

What may be retained

How long it takes
Deleting your account from within the app removes your account and data immediately. For email requests, we confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and fully purged within 90 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings before deleting your account, otherwise it will continue to renew.
